Pres. Raul Gonzalez opened his consulting business, RG Stellar Research, after eighteen years of electrical engineering for two of the top 5 missile systems groups that contract with the U.S. Department of Defense.

During his tenure with these contractors he managed project teams and did secret level science and mathematical analysis for design reliability and development feasibility goals. Raul specialized in guidance/control systems, optical/laser applications, electro-optical modules, and system requirements that met tough military specifications. His knowledge of software and hardware systems for unmanned aerial vehicles led to consulting opportunities with emerging space-related companies in Arizona.
